The Personnel Office of the Diocese of San José has an immediate opening for a full time Administrative Assistant. 5+ years of secretarial experience, good organizational and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and the ability to meet deadlines and follow through on projects with little supervision required. Experience in HR procedures/databases, customer focused and detail oriented. Proficient in MS Office 2000 (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and familiar with web page management.
