Here is an inspiring and challenging story for you on World AIDS Day. Fr. Angelo D'Agostino, SJ, physcian, psychiatrist, and Georgtown Jesuit priest, spent the last 15 years advocating for Kenyan orphans and newborns with AIDS, sometimes defying unjust laws that put capitalism before compassion. Fr. "D'Ag," as some called him, died on November 20, 2006 at the age of 80.
Read about him here.
Hat-tip to Fr. Jim Tucker of Dappled Things.
